1. About our service
Panocrafts is a luxury gifting concierge. We design and produce curated and bespoke gifts - including luxury wedding gifting, corporate gifting, hospitality gifting and bespoke commissions - through a consultation-led process (consultation, concept, design, production, delivery). Many items are made to order and personalized to your brief.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. For corporate clients, the person placing the order confirms they are authorised to bind their organisation.
3. Quotations, orders & formation of contract
Prices for bespoke and curated work are provided by written quotation or proposal following consultation. A binding contract is formed when you accept our quotation/proposal and pay the applicable advance. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., feasibility, suspected fraud, or error), refunding any amount paid for work not yet commenced.
4. Personalisation & bespoke work
Because pieces are made to order and personalized, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you approve - spellings, monograms, messages, recipient names and addresses. Handcrafted items and natural materials carry slight, characteristic variations, and on-screen colours may differ marginally from the finished piece.
5. Pricing, taxes & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable. Bespoke and corporate commissions typically require an advance/deposit to commence work, with the balance payable before dispatch, as set out in your quotation. Payment is processed securely via our gateway.
6. Intellectual property
The Panocrafts name, logo, designs, concepts, images and content are owned by or licensed to us. Design concepts we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website (unauthorised access, malicious code, scraping, IP infringement, or unlawful use). We may suspend access for breach.
8. Delivery, cancellations & refunds

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Website and services are provided in good faith and with professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Indemnity & force majeure
You agree to indemnify Panocrafts against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or the recipient details you provide. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
